Tyler Townsend, 52 weeks of #YOURFARMERS

Tyler Townsend

Always trying to be a better farmer, always looking forward to the future.

Tyler farms alongside his parents in Norfolk County, where they grow corn, soybeans, and wheat. Tyler always wanted to farm, but instead he went to school for carpentry and spent 10 years working in the construction business. When his parents decided to start growing grains (they used to farm tobacco), he came home and went back to farming full-time.

Tyler is constantly striving to be a better farmer, and is always looking forward to the future. He is always looking for new techniques or practices to use on the farm. Here is Tyler pictured with the next generation, his two year old son Koltyn!
